Dr. Ellie Tsai MD, FRCPC

Adjunct Professor Queen's University Department of Internal Medicine

Dr. Tsai has been serving Kingston and area, as an allergist since 2003.  She frequently updates her practice standards by attending many allergy and asthma meetings and training symposiums through out the year. Dr. Tsai played an integral role in helping with the 2010 revision of the international guidelines for hereditary angioedema.  Dr. Tsai also enjoys speaking at Continuing Medical Events, and her talks are well received.

Joanne McNamee BSc, RRT, CRE

  • Graduated University of Western Ontario with BSc in Biology 1997
  • Graduated Fanshawe College with diploma in Respiratory Therapy 1999
  • Certified Asthma Educator (CAE) 2011
  • TEACH trained smoking cessation counselor 2012
  • Certified Respiratory Educator (CRE) 2014
  • Worked for 19 years in critical care at McMaster University Medical Centre, Ottawa General Hospital and Belleville General Hospital
  • Registered member of College of Respiratory Therapists on Ontario (CRTO), Respiratory Therapy Society of Ontario (RTSO), Ontario Respiratory Care Society (ORCS)
  • Passion for chronic disease management, especially asthma. Constantly attending seminars, symposium, conferences, etc to further my own educational field and to better assist my patients.
